Return Policy
We want you to love your new shoes! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn shoes in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please contact our customer support team with your order number to initiate the return process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. Once we receive and inspect your returned shoes, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
