What are Green T sneakers made from?
- Uppers & lining: 100% recycled post consumer plastic (RPET)
- Insoles: 85% recycled post consumer polyurethane foam (PU)
- Outsoles: 35% recycled rubber for grip and durability
All components are GRS-certified (Global Recycled Standard), ensuring traceable, ethical sourcing and sustainable production.
How many plastic bottles go into one pair of sneakers?
On average, 8 recycled post consumer plastic bottles are used to make each pair.

Yes - every step of our supply chain is designed with the planet in mind. From low-impact manufacturing and certified materials to recyclable packaging, we strive to tread lighter. Certified by The Global Recycled Standard (GRS.)

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within South Africa, with plans to expand soon.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3 – 5 business days, depending on your location.
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders across South Africa.
Fit & Sizing
How do I know my size?
Our sneakers are true to size. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up. You can also check our Size Guide for detailed measurements.
Are the sneakers unisex?
Yes - Green T sneakers are designed to be gender-neutral and flattering for all feet.
Care Instructions
How do I clean my sneakers?
We recommend wiping with a damp cloth or hand-washing with mild soap. Avoid machine washing, tumble drying, or soaking to maintain quality.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
If your sneakers don’t fit or you’re not 100% satisfied, you can return them within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. They must be unworn and in original packaging.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes - unless your item is defective or we made a mistake. In those cases, we’ll cover the return shipping.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Email us at help@greentfootwear.co.za with your order number, collection address and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

Are your products vegan?
Yes! Green T sneakers are 100% vegan and cruelty-free - no animal products or by-products are used. We are in the process of applying for certification.
